FSPS Frictionality Profile Sharing Thread

Featured Replies

This thread is for sharing FSPS frictionality profiles. It is also to help each other with creating profiles.

For some background see the last few pages of this thread:

Currently I am testing a profile for the 77L, if anybody has any profiles to share, any aircraft you want tested or any feedback on ongoing profile creating please post here.

777-200LR

My weights are set up as shown below.

In each test I go from 0 to 60 knots then 0 to 100 in the next one.

Here are my first test results without changing any of the values, in the manual it recommends changing the values until you are satisfied.

On concrete too by the way

I redid the last snow one to 100 and got a rolling time of 22.4 sec and braking time of 13.3 seconds.

I am going out for an hour or two now but when I get back I will play with some values.

In the mean time if anyone is interested in replicating weights etc and playing around yourself feel free, I am not yet sure if how close/far we are....

Cheers

Lee

Here's the first set of playing around with the values.

The last two are probably nearer to where we want but I am not too sure yet, still getting to grips with the options.

I didn't get a response in that pmdg topic. What is the difference between this addon and a2a Accufeel + fsuipc ground friction lua?

Very good question. Do they work all together? If so, do you need to adjust ground values in Accufeel etc?

Thanks,

Dirk.

Does accufeel do friction?

Is this topic dead?

It was until now!

I just haven't had much time with real flying and other commitments.
