Active Sky Next(ASN)- Install Error

Featured Replies

I have asked on the ASN forum but no response yet so hoping the larger community here may have the answer.

I downloaded the latest B5931 update. When I start it I get an error that says:

"A valid ASN version must be installed to apply this update."

I have a valid version. It has worked for months. I think that the number string is the current version which says I am running version 5386. Does anyone have a suggestion while I await the ASN answer?

The info from Simmarket said to first uninstall the version on your PC before installing Sp1.

There is a 5388, also. Maybe it needs that version for the latest update.

Cheers!

I am not sure if Prepar3d v2.3 or earlier is supported?

"I downloaded the latest B5931 update."

Or B5391??

My full product download from SimMarket ASN B5391 and installed for P3Dv2.4 and FSX no errors .. all OK
