October 27, 201411 yr I use the Corsair Vengeance 1400 Analog and like it a lot. I tried USB headsets but they didn't perform well on my rig for some reason. For the price they are very nice IMO. Steve Steve Corzine
October 28, 201411 yr Commercial Member I use a $20 USB headset, nothing fancy. My voice recognition results are over well over 90 percent. Go with USB if you can; they're the easiest to work with. B. York FS2Crew Web Site / FS2Crew Facebook Page / FS2Crew Discord
October 28, 201411 yr Want to get FS2crew for my 777. Never used FS2Crew before. What headset would you recommend using? I use the Turtle Beach Z300. It's wirelesss with either wifi or bt. It also will give you feedback of what you say so you don't sound like you're in a barrell, and has a volume knob for that feature as well. Good luck! October 28, 201411 yr I have had one of these for a couple of year and I love it. http://gaming.logitech.com/en-ca/product/g930-7-1-wireless-gaming-headset Looks pricy but if you shop around you can get a deal and I paid $50 for it! If I recall correctly my was in a brown box labeled logitech refurbished I have no doubt that it was brand new and never used when I opened the box. You cant beat open and manufacturer refurbished for great deals:-)
October 28, 201411 yr I choose the Microsoft LX-3000 Live chat headset. No issues at all... Yup, I've been using that for 4+ years now without a hitch. The only problem is the vinyl layer on the foam that pretty much disappeared, but I don't mind.
