I also have no action from the FO regarding the action of terrain on his ND during the "before takeoff Flow" (BR is set correctly)

 

testet in the 77W and the 77L using the "long" default panelstate with and without the  PF events

Have same problem,she/he not turn on WXR or Terrain when i selcet it in Breif..

i dont mind, not having his/her side displaing wx or terr might save on some frames or ram.

Bingo... that why I didn't have the FO turn it.  

But if the F/O doesn't turn TERR/WX mode on, why is that option available on the depart/arrival briefing ?

For realism with respect to the brief.

 

In V1.1 I'll add a CFG option to have the FO turn on his Wx/Terrain... This way if people find it's hurting their frames they can shut it off.

Well this is nice to know. Or i have missed the info about it in the manual ? Try fly touch and goes or go arounds in Vancouver with bad weather. I do want terrain and wxr on then  ^_^

 

Did not know it consumed FPS and VAS though
