I like amphibs so would add Carenado's C185 'Bush', Sibwings' Bird Dog, Aerosoft Beaver and the RealAir Scout.

My personal favourite ( admits bias ) the Republic Seabee , i have a thing for all aluminum aircraft and boats in general ,  a marriage made in heaven
