I completely agree with craig and bob650,    sloppy standards and poor attention to detail,   yet,  the visuals suck you in,   and as bob650 said,  they are the only ones who may put out a product you want so you hope it works out,   I just purchased their hawker850xp,  I really,  really  didnt want to buy from carenado from previous experiences of disappointing workmanship and wished someone else would have put it out,    but I really wanted the hawker and hoped they got this one right,   well,   if you think that you are in for a suprise,   its the same old story of the complaints similiar to this website,......this is one of the problems,  there are too many of the wrong companies putting out the right products people want,   and they know that,   I wish there was a sim company blacklist for rogue companies like carenado so people will not buy from them unless they raise their standards,  otherwise it will be a continuation of putting out less than mediocre products and charging top dollar for them like carenado,   I will under no circumstances buy another carenado product regardless how badly I may want the product and I recommend others do the same,  that is,  if you understand the sim industries high standards such as PMDG,  A2A,  and DCS.
