Another failed registration

Hello Ray and JD. I recently had to disconnect all of my hardware and shutdown FSX for a period of time to return to school out of state. Upon return five months later, I needed to reinstall RCv4 and need a new key. It has been about a day and a half and still no response. I sent an email to the help desk with a screen shot of the registration GUI this morning and figured popping up here wouldn't hurt either. Any help you can give Ray would be appreciated. Thanks.

It's not working for me, either.  Have made multiple attempts starting three days ago.

Is there anyone besides JD who can generate a key for us?  Ray Proudfoot perhaps?

OK, the logjam seems to have just broken...I just got a flurry of registration e-mails for the multiple backlogged requests.

 

Time for me to fly...

After making my post about two hours ago, I retried my registration using the "no spaces" idea. Ten minutes later I received my success email.

Gents,

 

I'm pleased your keys have come through. Although I do have the capability to generate keys I have been instructed by JD not to since I can't validate purchases.

 

I'm sorry if this seems inconvenient but only JD can do this. The process usually works smoothly but sometimes for reasons unknown there are occasional blips.

I submitted my key request earlier and still nothing back. I was hoping it would autogenerate a reply.

Sometimes the user list is delayed getting to the registration system from Digital River-SWREG. When did you order?

 

Your e-mail address must match the e-mail address used for ordering. You should get some answer from jdtllc.com within a business day if not a half hour or so. Be sure jdtllc.com is allowed through your ISP and PC spam filters. Check your spam e-mail folders.

 

jd monitors requests on that system daily. Occasionally there are ISP problems that handle that traffic as well.

I sent the email yesterday, properly formatted and from the email I purchased it from some years ago, nothing in spam, maybe the system is froze.

You can attach a screenshot of the registration screen to clarify things.
