January 27, 201511 yr That was one option package I'm sure he's glad he bought (or the owner bought). Planning that flight went wrong somewhere....weather reports must of missed something. The pilot was ferrying a new aircraft still owned by Cirrus for delivery to a dealer, as I read the article. CAPS is not an option on Cirrus aircraft. They are standard equipment. B) Fr.
