777 Will Not Climb

Featured Replies

Just finished a Windows format and reinstall of 777.

Setup a flight from CYYZ to VHHH with 90% load and 90% fuel.

After takeoff the plane will not climb past 4900 feet.

N1 =88.5 N2=103.9

Are these correct?

Thanks

Paul

Yes the gear and flaps are retracted.

What is the FMA showing? What is set on the MCP for the Autopilot to follow? Is VNAV engaged? Need a bit more info from you

I had this problem a few days ago. Raised a support ticket. The issue turned out to be my fsuipc axes. Backed up and deleted the . Ini file and let it rebuild and it worked fine.

Are you using any external weather injectors such as REX or ASN that could be affecting this?

Cheers,

I think I must have had the 777 overloaded or something, its climbing normally again.

Thanks everyone.

At 90% fuel and payload your are lucky the aircraft even left the ground and climbed that high.

I also had the problem. Deleting the FSUIPC.INI and letting it build a new one fixed it.

I didn't lose my mind... I sold it on eBay!  :huh:
