This is my first post and it's going to be short and to the point. I recently lost my installers for the 777.

 

I was able to recover the zip file for the -300 Extension but I still need the one for the Base Package.

 

I also can't find the e-mail with the Order Number and the PMDG Website says it won't find any of my e-mail addresses stored in their servers. This is weird because I remember buying the product, but it seems as if my order somehow doesn't exist in PMDG's servers. 

Please work with PMDG directly on this.  you have the registration key i assume if you do, if not then even if you get base you need registration key to install it.  so if you have none of those things and no login i would say time to buy another copy and save info to avoid situation like this in future.

Since you included your name in your post (thank you), I was able to look you up in our system. It looks like you only purchased the expansion from us. Might you have ordered the base package from another company like Aerosoft?

I have purchased the -300 expansion under my name, yes, but my father bought the Base Package for me. If there is a private way to share his name with you please instruct me on how to do so. Submit  a support  ticket  in is the best way to go than you can put  all your  details  in the ticket

Many browsers (like mine) store your credentials. Check at the top right of this page - http://support.precisionmanuals.com/Main/Default.aspx%C2'>

 

Also, I'm guessing your user name is your real name, but names are required to be in the content of your post. There are many reasons for this, but the reason for the location requirement is to keep things standardized for the mods and users.
