April 16, 201511 yr Apologies if this has been asked, already. I installed UT2 and few third-parties (ORBX and others) airports. Sometimes I see aircrafts overlapping when parked, and I hate that. After quick search I realised that if you are using a software moving round AI-traffic (such as UT2), it makes sense to get rid of default planes. It is also quite apparent that their graphic quality of defaults is different from the one injected by UT2. It just makes sense to start fresh with just UT2-planes. The question: is there a smart way/tool to systematically eliminate all default static aircrafts from the Scenery folders of all my airports? Any setting in FSX, perhaps? many thanks!
April 16, 201511 yr Rename \FSX\Scenery\World\Scenery\trafficAircraft.bgl to trafficAircraft.passive That will get rid of the default traffic, for statics at your third party airports you will have to find the relevant bgl and rename it. Obyx freeware airports seem to have a lot of static stuff dotted around.

April 16, 201511 yr Author Thank you, that's what I was looking for. Does anybody know if a similar trick exist for ORBX airports as well? Also, shouldn't UT2 know where static ORBX aircrafts are parked? At least the OrBX static traffic is good looking...! Thanks! Thank you, that's what I was looking for.
