Aerosoft had a PMDG sale around this time last year, perhaps they'll do the same this year?

In that case, £50 shouldn't be too difficult to save up, should it? I've been out with students and even though I've seen £1.50 drinks, £20 a few times a week is still just that. Unless you're car is hideously expensive? It's a lot to justify though, I understand. Even I winced a little when paying and I earn good money. Have to wait it out or just settle for something else for the most part

Bottom line is these are great products, but you CAN find them at a discount occasionally if you're patient, specially boxed from a vendor.

And was he not advised that whereas there was no discount available from PMDG directly, he could however find a 3rd party vendor where he might be able to get a discount on a boxed version. So what exactly was 'not true' about that advice which was given in the posts BEFORE you jumped in stating the advice the OP was getting was not true? I even suggested a site where he could get a discount.

The only item being offered with a significant discount is the B744 box - and that's because this particular box has been on clearout sale.

 

The OP, however, enquired about the NGX specifically.

A valid point, Oliver, but the OP did in his post ask for PMDG products, not  A  specific product in his opening lines, hence he was directed to where he could get one of those products. Moot point I know.
