Still stands not the feeling you get with ezdok not fluent - just bumping about not the feeling of actually floating but EZdok is a pia - but again you can use your normal view changing with opus which is quite handy - no keys to change to all the different views - both have their plus and minus thats for sure tough decision - we cant have it all can we - oh well Rich Sennett
May 28, 201511 yr OK...much appreciated! I do have Opusfsx, and do recall the DHM effects were great. But ASN's got me right now.... If the DHM effects could link\sync to ASN, that would be a winner. I'll continue to watch "this" space...

PMDG planes are very fluent for example. As you said though, if your happy with what you have, that is fine. But Opus does not run a memory hungry dll in P3D like Ezydok. But Opus does not run a memory hungry dll in P3D like Ezydok. Julian mind sharing these settings - important switches ? that I may have not turned on or off - thank you - screenshot would be great - I only care about the motion part I dont setup cameras - if I wanted to go that route I would just use ezdok Rich Sennett
May 28, 201511 yr What the Opus guy said in the other thread was that there are some very specific turbulence bump features of Opus DHM that only work with Opus weather. I don't know what that is, or how much one would miss out on it, if they only used Opus DHM with ASN, but apparently there is something that gets left out when using it with ASN.

May 28, 201511 yr In Opus config settings make sure "weather" is OFF Click on "Camera's" Load a plane eg PMDG 777. You need to make a profile for each plane, not varient. Eg 777 200LR profile will work for the -300. Click assign clone or camera Cntl click on all 777 varients, press ok Assign at least one cam view, it can be default that you currently use, you don't have to adjust anything here, you just need Captain view for DHM to be asigned Click on DHM At the top, radio button make sure heavy aircraft is selected Turbulent bumps ticked Turbulent Motion ticked... more and less turb unticked Bump aircraft, I have this ticked, but if you don't like the bumps turn this off Leave everything else at defaultThe Turbulent bumps will give you bumps during CAT. But can also be disabled to use only turbulent motion. Thanks a lot not sure if its working now before I didnt assign any aircraft just dhm switch and it was rattling around and noticed I could not change eye view it was locked but working - now after assigning hawker to camera view and adjusting dhm in sub menu there doesnt seem to be working anymore and I can change eye view up and down which leads me to believe its not working - I will play with it tomorrow night - time to call it quits - thanks for the help Julian Rich Sennett
