November 30, 201510 yr Quality and realistic operation doesn't happen as quickly as every 30 days gentlemen. We all want to speed the process up but we all have families as well.
November 30, 201510 yr Regarding the status on the XLS+ the model is pretty much done. I am still tweaking a few bits in the VC, and coding of the switches and knobs is ongoing. I'm working on this as much as I can around working 60+ hours a week at work and dealing with all the other day-to-day stuff. As much as I would like to get this done it won't get out of the factory until it meets the standards we set for ourselves when I took on the project. Nothing will change that. Best Regards,Robert Kerr 3D Modeler & Texture Artist
November 30, 201510 yr Eaglesoft, like PMDG, is worth the wait. Thanks, we're working hard to earn that type of comparison.
November 30, 201510 yr Absolutely guys, I'm not being ungrateful just expressing how keen we all are to finally have a Bizjet that is of such a high calibre and works out of the box. It would be very dissapointing to get a jet that is buggy, broken and doesn't really do a good job at simulating the real thing, so to hear that Robert is very re-assuring. Thanks for the update.
November 30, 201510 yr The Flysimware Learjet works great for me in prepar3d v3, deep system and really good visuals (big step of flysimware) without impact in the fps. I would say right now is the best bizjet in the market without doubt.
November 30, 201510 yr I have Flysimware Learjet 35A, and it works without any problems. Visuals are good - I am spoiled by other addons, so I think that VC textures could have little higher quality. But the sound... is just excellent. Below is my first manual ILS approach. So, please just enjoy the beauty of this flight and not my skills . November 30, 201510 yr Author We are right here at eaglesoftdg.com and there is an FB link in upper right corner. Nice one Ron, but you know what I meant. There are nobody else in the market right now, please make a killing on us. Quality and realistic operation doesn't happen as quickly as every 30 days gentlemen. We all want to speed the process up but we all have families as well. Ron, what about the CitationX v3.0? Bringing that baby over to P3D v2 or 3 is more work than new development (like the XLS+)? Anyway, I have no idea about the amount of work but giving the current choices on the market (and wasted money) you can understand my frustration. Thanks We're certainly working to make the projects currently under development come to RTM in a timely manner and we thank you for your encouragement towards that end. CX3.0 project will happen when we can address it on the Avionics side. We will keep folks updated periodically thru our Support Forums, Facebook, and Website.
November 30, 201510 yr Eaglesoft's Citation Excel+ C560 should be coming along by now... not sure when it will finally be released. But I expect superb systems modelling and avionics and I think they will deliver. That will probably be the one to get. There aren't many wonderful choices right now. The only drawback, if it can be called that, is that it will not support Navigraph but only RealnavData (Mindstar) according to a facebook posting.
November 30, 201510 yr The only drawback, if it can be called that, is that it will not support Navigraph but only RealnavData (Mindstar) according to a facebook posting. Not sure why you consider RealnavData a "drawback" while we consider it a plus.. please explain why you consider it a drawback.
November 30, 201510 yr Not sure why you consider RealnavData a "drawback" while we consider it a plus.. please explain why you consider it a drawback. Not really a "drawback" in terms of Nav Data but in that you have to subscribe to another data provider. Some people wouldn't mind and others will.
November 30, 201510 yr Not really a "drawback" in terms of Nav Data but in that you have to subscribe to another data provider. Some people wouldn't mind and others will. Understood. Yes there are those who might balk at another DB and we agree that some may not mind when they see a benefit such as LPV approaches and such while still others may not want to move in that direction. Life and simulation is a matter of choices isn't it.
November 30, 201510 yr Life and simulation is a matter of choices isn't it. Indeed. Couldn't agree more
