Taxi2Gate VHHH or ImagineSim VHHH?

Featured Replies

Try this site, they have some fixes available there. See if what you need is there. http://taxi2gate.org/

Thank you very much for this tips, but I already have been there checking...

I installed all Taxi2Gate sceneries just fine in P3D V3, using the LM recommended set up for adding sceneries outside the sim as demonstrated in their Learning Center manual. Once you get the hang of how to do it, it works superbly. I have all my non V3 addons installed that way. The T2G sceneries display perfectly in P3D V3.

Lee, sorry to bump this up from some months ago but I am not able to find this manual you mentioned in the online Learning Center. I want to get my Taxi2Gate sceneries working in P3D v3. Can you point me to it? As well, did you have to do anything special with the various Taxi2Gate installers to get them to work? I have nothing but p3d installed. Thank you

So VHHH can't be installed to P3Dv3.2?

I installed it using FMT.  Works for me.

Eric, sorry, it's in the learning center manual, but in the SDK portion of the manual. You only get that if you install the SDK, which you are entitled to with your purchase of P3D. I have been staying away from LMT because it messes with the CFG and I think it causes problems. I have created an outside folder structure for non upgraded sceneries and I usually install them to a temp directory and then move files manually to where I want them. This way I easily control non upgraded addons and know where they are when I need to remove them.

Okay thank Lee. Yes I am pretty familiar with setting up folders and editing the relevant cfg's that I need to as well. I am going to try your way of doing it as well. I rather do stuff manually myself as well so I know what was done and can go back and undo it if I run into a problem. My only question (and I have not tried it yet) is, does the Taxi2Gate installers allow you to point it to any folder to install them into? I just need to make sure I can get the .exe to extract all the files. I can move them where I need to after that. Thanks again Lee. By the way, pretty lab you have there. Mine has since passed on and am keen to find another from one of the rescue groups around where I live. Black labs are the best!

I don't quite recall but I created a folder called temp install and placed a copy of the P3D exe file there. I install to that directory and then move things from there. I'm pretty sure the T2G installers let me do that.

Labs are beautiful animals, this little guy is my 4th one. I had all his uncles and great uncles before, like a lineage, like the kings of England...ha,ha!
