December 9, 201510 yr I'm wondering if anyone has successfully integrated the GTN750 into the Seneca? The Seneca V instrument panel looks like it is more compatible with one (or two) GTN 650's. It has two GNS 430's which are supposed to have the same form factor as the GTN 650. But has Carenado released a GTN 750/650 VC installation package for the Seneca V as they have for the Navaho? My system specs: Intel [email protected] - 5.2 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080, 32GB DDR4 RAM, Noctua NH-D15 CPU Cooler,1TB Seagate SSD, 4TB Seagate HD, Windows 10, Asus 32 inch monitor, Saitek Yoke, Throttle Quadrant, Rudder Pedals and Trim Wheel Sims: MSFS2020 Preferred Aircraft Black Square Bonanza, and Baron, A2A Comanche, PMDG DC-6, Red Wing L1049
December 10, 201510 yr Author I don't think so. I know some users have successfully put the 750 in the space for the 530 (I think it's a 530 might be a 430) on the Jetprop and some other add ons. That for me would be enough. Follow me on : Instagram See my Trailer: A Year Of Flight
December 10, 201510 yr The Seneca has 2 X 430 GNS units in the panel... There is no way I know of, that you can get a GTN 750 in there.. It simply does not fit. Bert
December 10, 201510 yr Author The Seneca has 2 X 430 GNS units in the panel... There is no way I know of, that you can get a GTN 750 in there.. It simply does not fit. That answers that. Shame. I really wanted in it. After the C90 it's my favorite. I wonder if I could add it to the right G600 Follow me on : Instagram See my Trailer: A Year Of Flight
December 10, 201510 yr Author This is what I made up but I am failing at getting it over the G600 GPS, its the first time I try to add a GTN 750 into any VC So far the issue I am having is the color pixelation on the FTN which has me a bit puzzled. the pop up works fine. The other issue is that I having a hard time keeping the PFD on the left. Any tips anyone can offer? December 10, 201510 yr It is a little bit more complicated than that... In the VC, the GTN unit is addressed as gaugeXX=F1GTN!GTN750VC, X,Y,W,H,UNIT1 Bert
December 11, 201510 yr Author It is a little bit more complicated than that... In the VC, the GTN unit is addressed as gaugeXX=F1GTN!GTN750VC, X,Y,W,H,UNIT1 Trail and error I guess I cant think of anyway to easily map the x,y. Width and height is a bit simpler to solver. December 11, 201510 yr Trail and error I guess I cant think of anyway to easily map the x,y. Width and height is a bit simpler to solver. X,Y are the coordinates of the upper left corner of the gauge. Bert
December 11, 201510 yr Author X,Y are the coordinates of the upper left corner of the gauge.Yes but they are relative to the whole VC? Follow me on : Instagram See my Trailer: A Year Of Flight
December 11, 201510 yr Yes but they are relative to the whole VC? No, relative to the current "VCockpit" section Bert
May 22, 201610 yr Had to replace the G600 units. Now GTN750 on the right and PFD from Learjet on the left side. The left G600 caused the bad color pixelation with the GTN. Original G600 popup still available (for setting autopilot etc.) by clicking on top right screw.
