  • Hi, Don   First, a question:  Are you starting directly from the Long Panel State, or are you starting with  your own previously saved flight (that may have been started from the Long Panel State)?

Anyone having this problem:

You need to use the FSX Map function to see what ILS frequency is installed in FSX.  Then you need to compare it to the ILS frequency supplied by the aircraft's FMC.  If they are different, you need to either 1) manually enter the ILS frequency showing on the FSX Map for that runway on the NAV/RAD page (777) or frequency tuner (NGX), or 2) get an up-to-date AFCAD or up-to-date scenery for that aircraft.  The idea is the same for any complex aircraft or other addon that uses up-to-date Airac information.

The only way going to an older Airac is likely to fix the problem is that the previous Airac has older ILS information.  It's unlikely to be a technical problem with the Airac files themselves.
