September 24, 200520 yr I would be interested in hearing from anybody that is using one of these.Scott
September 24, 200520 yr Hi Scott,Not sure if your talking about Precision Flight Controls Jetliner flight yoke, if so, I have one. It is by far one of the best yokes I have EVER owned. September 25, 200520 yr Mike,I'll have to second that one. I have one of the PFC built AETI table units and my neighbor has the full airliner yoke, and both are just first class material. The quality is there and feels as close as the real thing as you'll get in a computer sim.Best,Clayhttp://www.dreamfleet2000.com/gfx/images/F...ers/Dopke01.jpgClayton T. September 25, 200520 yr Yep, I agree with Clayton. I've got a PFC desktop-mounted yoke, and it's a first-class piece of hardware. I've been working it out for two years now, and it's got many more left in it.
September 25, 200520 yr I got the Jetliner Yoke and flying the PMDG744 or LDS 763 is just awesome with it! Eric
September 25, 200520 yr Built like the proverbial brick ****house. It's the only way to get the feel of the big iron into your house short of some VERY expensive full-cockpit options....and many of those use the PFC floor-mounted yoke as well. The rudder pedal units that dovetail with the floor column yoke are also without equal.I'm a little more lukewarm about the throttle quads, but I haven't come across anything better yet.RegardsBob ScottATP IMEL Gulfstream II-III-IV-V L-300Santiago de Chile Bob Scott | President and CEO, AVSIM Inc ATP Gulfstream II-III-IV-V Sys1 (MSFS20+24/XPlane12+11): AMD 9800X3D, water 2x240mm, MSI MPG X670E Carbon, 64GB GSkill 6000/30, nVidia RTX4090FE Alienware AW3821DW 38" 21:9 GSync, 2x4TB Crucial T705 PCIe5 + 2x2TB Samsung 990 SSD, EVGA 1000P2 PSU, 12.9" iPad Pro Thrustmaster TCA Boeing Yoke, TCA Airbus Sidestick, Twin TCA Airbus Throttle quads, PFC Cirrus Pedals, Coolermaster HAF932 case Sys2 (P3Dv5/v4): i9-13900KS, water 2x360mm, ASUS Z790 Hero, 32GB GSkill 7800MHz CAS36, ASUS RTX4090 Samsung 55" JS8500 4K TV@60Hz, 3x 2TB WD SN850X 1x 4TB Crucial P3 M.2 NVME SSD, EVGA 1600T2 PSU Fiber link to Yamaha RX-V467 Home Theater Receiver, Polk/Klipsch 6" bookshelf speakers, Polk 12" subwoofer, 12.9" iPad Pro PFC yoke/throttle quad/pedals with custom Hall sensor retrofit, Thermaltake View 71 case, Stream Deck XL button box Sys3 (DCS/P3Dv4/ATS/ETS): AMD 7800X3D, MSI MPG X870E Carbon, Noctua NH-D15S, 64GB GSkill 6000/30, EVGA RTX3090 Alienware AW3420DW 34" 21:9 GSync, Corsair HX1000i PSU, 4TB Crucial T705 PCIe5 + 2TB Samsung 970Evo Plus, TM TCA Officer Pack, Saitek combat pedals, TM Warthog, TM RS300 FF wheel/pedals, Coolermaster HAF XB case
September 25, 200520 yr Ya, forgot to mention the rudder pedals...I do like them with the asociated ability to use toe brakes. Eric
September 25, 200520 yr Author Does anyone have the Beech Yoke?I am at the point where I feel like the yoke (currently using chpro) is the weakest link of the sim. Does the Beech Yoke have switches for gear/flaps?-it looks like it does but I am not sure.Right now I have a real Baron Quadrant (thanks to David Lee) attached to ch throttles that makes these controls very realistic. The plastic yoke doesn't really do it for me-but not having flaps or gear switches would also be a problem.http://mywebpages.comcast.net/geofa/pages/rxp-pilot.jpg Geofa WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE-the best Flight Sim!
September 25, 200520 yr Hi Geofa,I have the PFC Mooney yoke, to me it's similar to the Beech yoke. I chosse the Mooney due to $$$. Like you, I am a real world pilot (flying a C182) and desire the most realistic 'feel' of a yoke. I started with the CH Pro Yoke and was disappointed. The PFC equipment is 2nd to none in quality and feel. The yoke has a separate throttle (slider type) and 2 rocker switches at the top of the ram horns. I'm using the Elite King Air throttle quad for gear and flap operations. The Kin Air throttle quad is so-so in precision of throttle, prop and mixture movements. I've found I need to make significant lever changes to obtain small changes in settings. Regards,Bob
September 25, 200520 yr Commercial Member Hi Geofa,Hi have the Cirrus Mooney Yoke along with the Column Yoke. The Mooney yoke has 2 rocker switches and two button, all of which can be programmed. I am actually selling mine which is in good condition. for a mere $300.00 including shipping, if you reside in the US. I bought it 3 years ago, but it has been sitting for one year since I got the column yoke. It has brand new springs and works like a charm. September 26, 200520 yr Author Thanks for the info all and the offer. If I spend that $$$ I will have to opt for the Baron wheel as that is what I fly. I really appreciate the offer though-thanks! :-)http://mywebpages.comcast.net/geofa/pages/rxp-pilot.jpg Geofa WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE-the best Flight Sim!
