April 20, 201610 yr Don't be tempted by any of the available payware A380s of which there are four. I bought the products by Wilco and, somewhat foolishly, Abacus but neither are up to the standard that we expect of FSX payware aircraft today. The other A380s are by (im)Perfect Flight and AFS Design but having previously experienced the very poor quality of products from these developers in my FS9 days, I would never buy anything produced by them again. April 20, 201610 yr I have to wonder why none of the big developers have taken a stab at the A380? The closest I have come to seeing a good working A380 is the team at Project Airbus, who include a pretty decent VC. Not so sure about a working MCDU for advanced flight planning, but the rest of the VC is pretty well done for freeware. I would check them out to see what sort of progress is being made. As for payware, it's like Bill stated, none of the payware versions are worth the money. Of course, if you can hold out a little longer, PMDG will re-release the 747...many are salivating over that beauty! lol -Jim Engage, research, inform and make your posts count! -Jim Morvay Origin EON-17SLX - Under the hood: Intel Core i7 7700K at 4.2GHz (Base) 4.6GHz (overclock), nVidia GeForce GTX-1080 Pascal w/8gb vram, 32gb (2x16) Crucial 2400mhz RAM, 3840 x 2160 17.3" IPS w/G-SYNC, Samsung 950 EVO 256GB PCIe m.2 SSD (Primary), Samsung 850 EVO 500gb M.2 (Sim Drive), MS Windows 10 Professional 64-Bit
April 21, 201610 yr This may be a bit of a long shot, but who knows? Try Next Level Simulations on Facebook. I don't think they have their own website. Gavin Barbara Over 10 years here and AVSIM is still my favourite FS site :-)
