May 3, 201610 yr Author I do agree with the above. I have made quite some extensive testing of the FLC mode, which is new in this version. During climb, even if you request 130 KIAS, you may climb at around 140, and some other times 132... If you are on your TOD, flying around 210 KIAS, and you push (click) on the FLC button (which by the way will show 210), without changing anything with your torque setting, your plane is going to climb, slowly at first, steeply after. Descending in FLC mode means that once you engage FLC, you must reduce immediately torque in a meaningful way (10% torque) to obtain descent. And descent speed will be rather higher than the one selected. But once you do know that, you manage. It's clear that coding of the function is slightly defective !
July 14, 20169 yr Anyone managed to fix the autopilot ? FLC and ALT and YD have a mind of their own. I avoid using FLC--it's a pita! ALT works for me, but YD you cannot disengage by pushing the button, but Ctrl-D works to disengage it. Stew "Different dog, different fleas"
July 14, 20169 yr I don't see any diffrence between v1 and v2 ? Do you know of any documentation or tutorial to fly this thing manually ? It's pretty hard to fly manually.I have a hard time trimming it too.
