I am still learning my way around the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980. How do I go about uninstalling old drivers?

Best option is DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller). And then, don't install the nVidia bloat!

when installing suver do manual, tic teh clean insatll. untick all the stuff you dont want, i just do driver and phyics. Than it will ununstall all teh old drievsr and only install what you ticked.

No need to do that anymore, at least according to an expert, NickN at simforums. The Nvidia installer has the "clean install" option that is fine.

 

Just don't select things you don't need, like 3d and sound (if you have another sound card). Only the driver and physics is all you need for fsx.
