The heading knob works fine for me, forwards and backwards..

 

The Course knob has a bug in that it will not go backwards past 000...

 

Is that maybe what you are seeing?

No I don't think so as it affects the pitch wheel as well and in the same manner.

 

EDIT: Damn it is my mouse after all. I did a recheck on other add ons and it happens there too. Might try and update the drivers and see if that helps.
