Aero Commander 500S (Interior Cleanup WIP)

Featured Replies

Hello Guys/Gals

This is my first attempt to clean up an aircraft. In this case the Shrike.
It is an old plane, but IMHO it was neglected.
I didn't make or aimed for a pristine interior, after all this is a 50 year old plane.

I cleaned the Panel, Carpet, Seats, Side & Door Panels and something more here an there. Of course it has mistakes (I'm not a Painter)
Night textures included, but those are still in progress.

If You like what You see please download the zip file and read the Readme.

You can either place them in one of the Texture folders or in Texture.Common folder (Make Backups First)

I hope You like them

I like it Ramon.

Get the whole thing done and I will buy the aircraft just to use them!

I won't buy and fly the plane as a clapped out piece of dilapidated junk!

Thanks!

Kind regards,

Hello Stephen

I'll leave the exterior to Rich, and other guys. They are doing a superb job.

Buy it, You wont regret it. It is a beautiful plane.

Cheers.

Just bought it! Going to fire it up and see what a disgusting mess Carenado left it in!

These are staying. The 1970 smoke stains are gone. I appreciate the work, thank you.

Send me a PM with your email address if you would like the autopilot fixes that make the autopilot work like the Century III autopilot that is modeled here..

No problem Rich, I'll do it tonight, just have to find the layers for the yoke casings. (4 + the screw)

Some people asked for black, so there will be 2 flavors.
