September 15, 20169 yr For what it's worth, from our own (admittedly limited in scope) sales data, by a large margin the biggest customer base after the USA and UK for sim stuff is Germany. The Nordic countries also punch above their weight, followed by France, Spain and the rest of W Europe. The Asian countries barely register at all. | Ben Weston www.airline2sim.com
January 27, 20179 yr FTX Germany North is great in my opinion, and the mix of urban, industrial and countryside is quite interesting to fly over, even without mountains. However, I am wondering what are the best payware airports to use in this scenery. I own several Aerosoft airports (Bremen, Hamburg, Lubeck, Hamm Lippewiesen) and find that the background textures colours do not blend in any season! Which makes them stand out from the background FTX scenery in a very non-natural manner. Any suggestions for airports that look right with this scenery?
