September 20, 20169 yr Any ideas on a decent SR-71 for FS2004?I had one sometime ago that got lost in the wash somewhere. Many Thanks,Robin Robin "Onward & Upward" ... To the Stars, & Beyond...
September 20, 20169 yr I think I still have one lying in my FS9 downloads folder. I'll have a look tonight.
September 20, 20169 yr Author Many Thanks Erich. I found the free Alphsim ones, & their updates as well as the GMax & the Ross Mclennan one. But I though maybe there were better ones out there. Cheers, Robin Robin "Onward & Upward" ... To the Stars, & Beyond...
September 20, 20169 yr I think the Alphasim one is the one I have. Not aware of any others but I havent used FS9 for the past 8 years.
September 20, 20169 yr Author  , Yup, I'm still flying my trusty FS2004, my 4th install, with Garry's Ford Tri-Motor Project stuff. Sloping runways & ramps can be great fun! Robin "Onward & Upward" ... To the Stars, & Beyond...
September 20, 20169 yr I use the Pilot's SR-71 payware which seems to be still available on simmarket. It has the famous oil leak effect on ground! There is also a very nice and more realistic VC-cockpit modification: "T R I P L E S I X S R - 7 1 V C b y M I C H A E L H A E G E L E available at FlightSim.com under "666srvc.zip" I use both panels. Everythings works fine under windows 10 Happy flight!
September 20, 20169 yr Author Many thanks, South African currency is worth squat at the moment, so I'll have to give it a miss, but that is what I'm looking for. I found the GMax & the now free Virtavia versions, but having oil drops could be great, & that VC looks awesome. Thaks, Robin Robin "Onward & Upward" ... To the Stars, & Beyond...

September 22, 20169 yr I found this one in my old backup collection.. the one that Swiss1 recommends.. https://secure.simmarket.com/pilots-sr71-stealth.phtml Thanks did not find the other one! The Glowing Heat offering is newer and seems more realistically flight modelled though, not to mention cheaper, and I love their Team SBD products. Can anyone please comment on this one? Much appreciated! Sascha Sascha Rieger | EVO Developer What is EVO • How to get Evo 2016 • FS9 Evolution Forum
