Are charter flights really random?

Featured Replies

I like simulating a small aviation charter company.

I try to generate realistic flights. If I'm serving a particular area would flights really be random?

I could get a call for a pickup from x and drop off at y?

I'd appreciate any feedback on this. Thanks

I handle fixed wing charter ops at an aviation company in New York City, and I'll tell you that it is 100% anywhere at anytime. So, feel free to fly where you'd like, when you'd like. All of our clients do.

Cheers,

HM

Interesting But are all flights assigned to the pilots correct?

Ciao!

Charter flights can occur any time of day and any day of the week... with some exceptions.  Flying into and out of the Bahamas is generally a sunrise to sunset deal, with the exceptions of Grand Bahama and Nassau, which operate 24 hours a day.  The other islands are more limited and arrivals or departures before sunrise or after sunset incur extra charges.
