If you're referring to FTX Central, then updates can only be had by switching to v3.  Updates are no longer supported in v2.   You'll find the 'Get FTX Central' link at the top of the Orbx direct home page.

thanks for the help, I got the new fxt, it asked me to migrate the files which I did. updated vector / I think . when I now activate my icon for fxt I get what I would call a advert page  with all the packages to buy ,. when I go to update items it directs me to ,  saying I don't have licence but all my orbx items are all purchased,also were in fxt2 settings inserts lights etc were are they now my old icon no longer works I just want to pay download install and use why so complicated fss0469300

What you need to do first is transfer your licenses from FSS to OrbxDirect, all is explained in the videos at the link.

Might I recommend not including your FlightSim Store order # in your message.  This forum is not run by ORBX (nor is it having to do with ORBX to begin with).  Undesirable results may occur when you put something like this in your message.  ORBX Official forums do require an order # for support, but you won't get that sort of support here, nor do anyone require it at AVSIM either.
