February 25, 20179 yr Can someone tell me if there are good payware for the following airports that work with P3dV3? I know some of these are out but I am not sure if they are working with V3. I thought I'd ask before buying. KDCA, KLGA, KEWR, KLAX, KLAS, KMCI, KMSP, KRSW, KIAH Intel Core i7 12700K (5.0GHz Max Boost Clock) 12-Core CPU 32GB G.Skill Performance DDR4 SDRAM 3600MHz Graphics Processor:12GB Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 Ti, GDDR6x System 2TB Western Digital, NVMe M.2 Solid State Drive
February 25, 20179 yr I have all of the following, and they work in P3D v3. Grades A (best) to F (fail) KDCA-two options: TropicalSim's FSX version (C) ported to P3D or the one that comes as part of Drzewiecki's new Washington X (B) (which also has functioning SODE jetways) KLGA-Imaginesim (B+), although it is a concept design of a planned future airport and not LGA as it exists today. KEWR-none that I am aware of KLAX-FSDreamteam KLAX v2 (C-)...a bit dated and a bit slow performance wise, but works OK. Very (unacceptably) hard hit on frames when run together with ORBX SoCal. KLAS-FSDreamteam (B) KMCI-TropicalSim (B-) KMSP-none that I am aware of, but Flightbeam is getting close to release of a shiny new P3D-native KMSP KRSW-LatinVFR (A) KIAH-FSDreamteam (A) Regards Bob Scott | President and CEO, AVSIM Inc ATP Gulfstream II-III-IV-V Sys1 (MSFS20+24/XPlane12+11): AMD 9800X3D, water 2x240mm, MSI MPG X670E Carbon, 64GB GSkill 6000/30, nVidia RTX4090FE Alienware AW3821DW 38" 21:9 GSync, 2x4TB Crucial T705 PCIe5 + 2x2TB Samsung 990 SSD, EVGA 1000P2 PSU, 12.9" iPad Pro Thrustmaster TCA Boeing Yoke, TCA Airbus Sidestick, Twin TCA Airbus Throttle quads, PFC Cirrus Pedals, Coolermaster HAF932 case Sys2 (P3Dv5/v4): i9-13900KS, water 2x360mm, ASUS Z790 Hero, 32GB GSkill 7800MHz CAS36, ASUS RTX4090 Samsung 55" JS8500 4K TV@60Hz, 3x 2TB WD SN850X 1x 4TB Crucial P3 M.2 NVME SSD, EVGA 1600T2 PSU Fiber link to Yamaha RX-V467 Home Theater Receiver, Polk/Klipsch 6" bookshelf speakers, Polk 12" subwoofer, 12.9" iPad Pro PFC yoke/throttle quad/pedals with custom Hall sensor retrofit, Thermaltake View 71 case, Stream Deck XL button box Sys3 (DCS/P3Dv4/ATS/ETS): AMD 7800X3D, MSI MPG X870E Carbon, Noctua NH-D15S, 64GB GSkill 6000/30, EVGA RTX3090 Alienware AW3420DW 34" 21:9 GSync, Corsair HX1000i PSU, 4TB Crucial T705 PCIe5 + 2TB Samsung 970Evo Plus, TM TCA Officer Pack, Saitek combat pedals, TM Warthog, TM RS300 FF wheel/pedals, Coolermaster HAF XB case
February 25, 20179 yr Hi... RE: P3Dv3.4 Look for the recent thread on KDCA by DD - it has been well received... I have ImaginSim's KLGA and it's very good... KMSP is being worked by Flightbeam - I would wait for that one... KLAS is being worked by FlyTampa I would wait for that one... KRSW by LatinVFR is excellent... Regards, Scott

February 26, 20179 yr I am interested in finding scenery around and between KLAX and KSBA. What company makes the best scenery and airports for southern california? I have been using aerofly 2 which has a great world, but the flying is not as realistic.
February 26, 20179 yr I see these scenery packs. which are the most current / high res? I am running (3) 4k Monitors. It would be great to have imagery from 2016-2017MegaSceneryX Southern California http://www.megascenery.com/megasceneryxsocal.htm NA Southern California https://orbxdirect.com/product/sca SIM720 www.fspilotshop.com/sim720-santa-barbara-airport-for-fsx-p3d-p-4971.html FS DreamTeam https://www.fsdreamteam.com/products.html LA Las Vegas any other good developers?
February 28, 20179 yr KEWR, KLGA, KJFK are also covered by Drzwiecki Design but have issues and aren't the best. But if you need a KEWR it works. KMSP is not yet done by Flightbeam but there is a good free version in the AVSIM library. KDCA the two mentioned above but also REX worldwide airports are currently doing KDCA, its free with REX WWA.
