Xtreme prototypes GLJ25

Featured Replies

Greetings. I didn't find the necessary section on these producers therefore I will write here.

Today I have bought GLJ25 and there was a problem. at virtual cockpit all image jumps and it is impossible to look.

I have other planes which work perfectly. it is perhaps finite that my video card doesn't support this airplane.

Somebody has thoughts about it? I am very upset with purchase (

hmm.

i changed value "0" instead of "1". and bugs  were gone

[SIM]

OPTIMIZE_PARTS=0

what this parameter is responsible for?

What you have done is recommended in the Docs that come with the product. They explain why there. Other option is to download the FSX install file & use it however you will lose some of the features only available in P3D.

I have been using this aircraft in the optimized parts "off" mode for several months now & find works fine.

A google search will show up more in depth documentation than is in the already excellent PDF file supplied by XP.

Cheers, Ross

I have made experiment and have seen that

OPTIMIZE_PARTS=0 - reduce fps with 30 to 15

I made a huge screenshot post/review on this bird when it came out - the temp solution is to use the FSX model in P3D.  Then you can turn optimize parts back on.

What you mean? The plane very strongly reduces fps. 3d models is awesome!

THe installer gives you an FSX version and P3D version

install the FSX version in P3D.  You'll give up a few working /animated switches but you can keep optimize parts =1 and you won't have flashing parts

i have a P3D

Ok....  I'm not sure of your problem.  If you want to run optimize parts =1 (meaning you get more fps in P3D with most of your addons), you'll need to install the FSX version of this Learjet into P3D.

  • 4 weeks later...

I have not purchased this aircraft yet.

How are the frame rates / performance with the F1 GTN750 in the panel?

Best Regards,

Vaughan Martell  PP-ASEL KDTW

No problems here. You will need a strong machine to fly into FSDT/FlightBeam etc. major hubs.

Cheers,

Mark

Guys I need help

I have this little nice plane and have the GTN750 in the VC. So far so good, but look the night lights in this picture!

thanks for any help

Bruno

Bruno

I have not purchased it yet.

Thanks for the panel screenshot.

I looked around for screenshots and tutor videos but none found.

No documents from the developer on how to set up the F1 GTN's ?

Best Regards,

Vaughan Martell  PP-ASEL KDTW

There is a whole section about panel edits in the manual. But this is not much help with my light problem! Its by the way the same in FSX
