May 31, 20179 yr Author I'm assuming developers will need to update their scenery as I'm sure it was done as a vas saving technique. I knew this would happen. It's really bad in Latin Vfr Miami. i9 7920X @ 4.7 | MSi x299 Gaming Pro Carbon | Gigabyte Aorus 1080Ti | 32GB DDR4 GSkill 3000mhz | 1 TB Samsung 960 EVO | 3TB Toshiba 7200rpm.

I think the developer would need to recompile the scenery because as you say it was done deliberatley by some devs to save VAS, its not a P3d thing its the way the models were designed

The whole point of V4 is that stutters are greatly reduced. i9 7920X @ 4.7 | MSi x299 Gaming Pro Carbon | Gigabyte Aorus 1080Ti | 32GB DDR4 GSkill 3000mhz | 1 TB Samsung 960 EVO | 3TB Toshiba 7200rpm.
