It finally worked for me, though now I have it telling me there's an update when I in fact already have the July 10 update installed. Not a big deal for now. The files were just taking a while to get out to some local nodes close to some people. I think RSR forced a reset on them later last night to kind of "kick" the files out to the nodes again.
