"Well, I p3d v4 was like this..."

Would be my reaction!

But:

How's the frame rate with this fancy scenery?

I bet loaded with high traffic from KEWR, KJFK and KLGA this would be a slideshow nonetheless?

I9 12900K @ 5.1ghz P-cores/ 4.0 ghz E-cores fixed HT off / Corsair iCue H150i Capellix Cooler/ MSI Z690 CARBON WiFi / 32GB Corsair DDR5 RAM @ 5200 mhz XMP on / 12GB MSI 4090 RTX Ventus 3 / 7,5 total TB SSD (2+2+2+1+0,5 all NVMe)/ PSU 850W Corsair / 27" (1080P)

slideshows make the flight boring especially if you are going to use a PMDG 737. 777, or 747. it would be scarey.  I really wonder with eye candy what frame rates would be or smoothness.

anyway, the pics are really very nice.

regards, Ronny

Thanks for the comments.

I get 25-30 FPS and i`m happy with it. That´s why XP is my primary Sim.

Very nice detail in the up close views!

Wonderful shots!

Hopefully, if the development roadmap holds its promises, it will be possible to have this at 60+ fps sometime during the X-Plane 11 run.

I sure hope Laminar can hit that goal!  Beautiful shots of NYC.

So you finally got the chopper?  It's pretty nice for freeware - supposedly the author is working on a RXP GTN750/650 integration.

Great views of NYC!

Many thanks for all comments! Ryan i have this chopper since the beginning. I´m a bad chopper pilot and that´s why i don´t post much chopper pics. I´m not able to fly and to use a GPS at the same time  I should practice more.

I made a small video with Fraps. Fraps eats 1-3 FPS.

I can easily maintain 30fps with max autogen in this amazing scenery (i7-4770@3,5, GTX 1070) when fyling the Bell 407. Hoping for those new NY Airports to arrive soon in XP11.
