CJ2 Telluride to Jackson Hole

I took the TBM from Denver to Telluride, now I'm hopping in the CJ2 for a flight to Jackson Hole!

Snapped a shot of this lovely bird outside the property behind the fence as I was coming into the airport for the flight.ETGcJt.jpg

Starting my takeoff role...man there are a LOT of biz-jets at this airport!

Set the RXP GTN unit to display terrain for obvious reasons, hehe

Glam shot of the CJ2, really like this livery.

Since I had a co-pilot on this flight I gave him the captain's chair and I dropped in back for a few to check out the gorgeous sunset.0tz1gb.jpg

Nice full moon as a backdrop

Descending into the mountains, just coming up on the map overlay on the GTN

Turning on to Final

Handed the camera to the copilot to grab this shot as he follows the published approach on the RXP GTN..the Tetons just off to the left.  Been there in real life, it is a majestic set of mountains!

Landing was uneventful.  Hopped out of the seat to grab this shot of the office before we shut her down.

Plugs and flags in, putting her to bed for the evening.

The Tetons make a very nice backdrop, don't ya think?

Lovely, a great little jet.  I actually like the very last shot.  It was always my dream to fly bizjets!

Hi Folks,

Up is down - down is up - Steve not painting and bopping around the country in a Cessna - did I take the red or blue pill - where is the reality ?

Nice work though - beautiful shots...

Yeah - I love flying that plane but I need to try modding the modded version by moving the engine instruments back off the warning panel and squeezing a GTN into the bottom part of the same display... That's the singular aspect of the mod I don't really care for - not having the engine instruments where they belong - while greatly appreciating the Mod Squad for their fine work making this plane enjoyable to fly...

Regards,
Scott

Thanks guys!

Hehe Scott...yeah I think you took the red pill when you see me flying a Cessna around the country!

I think I'd like this CJ with or without the mods....Since I use the RXP on the tablet...but kudos to the team for all their hard work on all the Carenado models!
