Maybe that could help: close UTL, restart PC, start P3D once into the quick start, close it again and than try again in the UTL Client.

The UT App might not scan the add-on.xml you might try adding FLAi (Use FLAi not BVAI it is the replacement) to the simobjects.cfg

I installed the latest FLAi package, I don't have an older package or BVAI. I think it has to do something with the newest package, or the aircraft.cfg of the FLAi_A320 map is corrupt

I found the solution (It's in the Flight1 forum):

There was no empty line in front of fltsim number in the aircraft.cfg. If it is on the top, blank space is required. 

If not UTLive doesn't recognize the whole map

It's not available anymore because the authors didn't ask permission to use  many of the paints. You can still get everything from the original source, Alpha India Group.
