January 27, 20188 yr Love the route, there is such a change of scenery as one soars out of the California Coast, over the flat farmland of the Central Valley, over the alpine vistas of the Sierras, then over the Basin and Range scenery of Nevada, transitioning back into the stark alpine scenery of the Wasatch Range in Utah. Whenever I flew to the east coast from San Francisco in real life, which I did quite often, I enjoyed the first third of the trip from the Pacific Coast to over Utah. John
