Featured Replies

Just tried the new update and I still get a CTD when selecting the departure runway at SPEP.

Support ticket sent.

Very sad:angry:

I just selected ( after updating to 1.04) the active in SPEP as you described and I had no CTD. Tried both 07 and 25.. Both  ends were ok when I tried on my system..

Hi Ron,

I also experienced several freeze+CTDs (no event in AppCrashView, no errors in win10 event viewer whatsoever) mostly panning around in VC with EZCA2 enabled.

But the weird thing is that I had repeated CTDs (same type, freeze, CTD with no errors) even flying my PMDG 737NGX specifically at GS capture in final...Really no clue. Uninstalling the MD82 apparently, and I stress APPARENTLY, solved the problems. Opened a support ticket to Leonardo, but they're unable to narrow down the issue and they're excluding that Fly-The-MaddogX might cause CTDs when flying PMDG birds. In my case, addons active at the moment of the deadly CTDs were FSUIPC v5.124, AS16+ASCA, EZCA2, GSX, ORBX FTX global LC EU + Vector + Trees, flying offline with VRyR smartCARS active.

Cheers,

There are too many CTD's with this AC.  Should not be ignored please.

Update: maybe I simply met the conditions to trigger the (LM known) 4.2 bug below, I do not recall the wx conditions at the time of the CTDs, but sure, as per PrecipitFX recommendation, I do have detailed precipitations unchecked in P3D.

I'll wait for an LM hotfix and then I'll test the MaddogX again.
