I cannot find much about and would like to hear some opinions here. Is it useful to get a better understanding and handling of PMDGs 737 777 or 747-400?

Can you rephrase? I'm not sure what you're asking.

It is always useful to get a better understanding of anything in life, as for the AoA trainings they worth it every penny, I bought the 737 training when it was released and learned a lot from it.

AoA Training programs are great.  I have all of them including for the new 787 for QualityWings. They're all well worth the money and loaded with information.

Agree with the other posts here. The AOA training on the 737 really made that complex aircraft much more transparent to me. It moves at a good pace, covers the essential systems, and does a great job of explaining flight planning and programming the FMC. Strongly endorse this training.

It's useful only if you want to learn about aircraft.
