August 9, 200619 yr With the demo coming out at 1am in the UK, it's a difficult choice as to what to do - bed or demo. However, if my wife has anything to do with it I know what'll win (to sleep before you say it :-lol !!) and with work the following morning I will find it hard to stay up. There's always tomorrow morning though. Anybody in the UK staying up late? If you do, it will be a late one - a very late one - and that's for sure!!
August 9, 200619 yr Here in Denmark it will be 2:00 AM when its out, i will be up all night trying this baby out :D .
August 9, 200619 yr Oh yes of course. You fellows in mainland Europe have to wait even longer. At least those of us who will probably wait until tomorrow morning or evening will avoid the rush!
August 9, 200619 yr I'm in the UK and hope to start the download in the morning.I can only hope that I get a connection to the server, and that it's finished by the time i get home...:-)Steve Steve Smith i7-2600K - GTX580 - 8GB ram
August 9, 200619 yr Here I am in Edinburgh, Scotland staring at the countdown screen on my PC and waiting on the email from gamespot.com to come in on my laptop in my lap. Okay this is sad. My girlfriend has already said I'm crazy.
August 9, 200619 yr Ok, my choice is made: Demo. I know I am way past my duty flight time, but I'll give it a try (UK)! I have been waiting for this version for..20 years! Is this like New Year's eve or is it just me?
August 9, 200619 yr Watch the server collapse under the pressure of all you lot and no one get it for 5 hours... lol ckyliu, proud supporter of ViaIntercity.com. i5 12400F, 32GB, RTX4070, more in "About me" on my profile.
August 9, 200619 yr I'm not paying for a demo. Let's see, I pay to join Gamespot just get one demo. I think not. And shame on MS for going this route. I wonder what their cut of the action will be. CH
August 9, 200619 yr BTW.. where is the link to the download for stingy folks like me who don't want to pay for the demo? You know..the slowpoke download.:) Manny Beta tester for SIMStarter

August 9, 200619 yr I'am also in Denmark - I, on the other hand, will sleep and get up really really early, so I get the most airtime :D
August 9, 200619 yr I'm here in the Netherlands, waiting and waiting.... looking at the countdown clock on Gamespot. It's 1:35am overhere now and my girlfriend now truely believes she's living together with a complete idiot. :-)But... I don't care! I don't want to wait until tomorrow when I come home from work (getting out of bed at 7am will REALLY hurt!).Looking forward reading all your reactions here on the forum. And PLEASE let us keep in mind that this demo does not represent the product we'll buy in a couple of months, as far as bugs go...Cheers!Frank
