60 callout

Featured Replies

Forgive me for saying this, but......that "60" callout sounds very "clunky" when compared to the rest of the callout sounds. It almost sounds like it has been "shoe horned" in at the last minute. Easily disabled (and therefore not a problem for me), but the fact that it sounds nothing like the other callouts is a bit of a puzzle.

Have you heard the "60" call out in a real B744?

The 60 callout was added after a request, I don't recall when or who requested it.

First time hearing

"50 ABOVE!"

"DECIDE!"

Is funny too - David Lee

I believe some of the calls we hear in the QOTS are specific to operators in different parts of the world, even if many of them are spoken with the same (funny?) accent! 🙂
