I would like some support from you guys, other than that it is indeed a great product.

P3d and ai lights is currently fairly limited and what you get with the AIG freeware is still vastly superior to any of the payware ai. Have you gone to their forum to look for any support?

Indeed an impressive job. I just wish that the airplanes' peformance were better tuned, because the way they set up there are planes that will land (hard landing) and stop in a hundred meters. But I'm confident they will fix it over time.

I'm not sure what can be done against "hard landing" this is probably coded in the .air file. But a longer braking distance can be achieved by modifying the aircraft.cfg /brakes section. look for "toe_brakes_scale=0.xxx" lower values should cause a longer distance until the a/c stops. Maybe lowering the value "auto_brakes=4" helps too. I also don't understand why devs don't put in lower values by default.

The only problem that I am facing is the white light in the back of the AI airplanes is very big and bright. I haven’t been able to fix this.

I have installed AI Lights Reborn with no luck.

You have an effect conflict, just follow these steps and your problem will be solved:

Dear Simbol, thanks for your help, but I noticed that after deleting the effects section in add-on.xml my flightplans were no longer visible in the AIG Manager.

I switched back to the original add-on.xml and I had my flightplans back (After deleting an extra AIG entry in the P3DV4 add-ons.cfg).

Review your steps, several of my beta testers have done this without any issues.

The reason your flights plans were missing are most likely due to duplicated entries as you are describing, along check that you are deleting only the effects entry.
