July 21, 20196 yr Hi Mates, I'm trying to install the SF-260 into P3Dv4.4. My installer is: RASSF26007_X07_Install.exe I have a working internet connection but the installer says "cannot connect to the internet". Maybe that means that it cannot connect anymore to the RealAir.com server? And maybe that is why Sean says "Installers for the Scout and SF260 will be available shortly" http://realairsimulations.net/ On the other hand, I know that some mates have successfully installed the original FSX version into P3Dv4? FS2024
July 21, 20196 yr Actually, I have installed it into P3DV4.4 by copy/paste from FSX-SE. In addition, I replaced Doug Dawson's 32bit sound gauge by the 64bit version. Everything works perfectly well like this. I stil have my FSX version installed, but when I copied the SF260 folder from the FSX Simobjects to the P3D Simobjects, P3D doesn't load it. Are there some other steps to complete? Regards,
July 23, 20196 yr There are two folders to copy, a right seat and a left seat version. Does it show up in the P3D aircraft selection menu? Mine works just fine.. Bert

July 23, 20196 yr @Simicro I realize this is the p3d forum but have you considered the SF260 in X plane 11? There is a truly lovely addon that just has that old Realair feel. July 24, 20196 yr Author Thank you for the suggestion. I have XP and am aware of the Rollon SF-260 but I don't lilke the photoreal graphics compared to the RealAir hand drawn graphics. I know I am picky ; I have always been a fan of good hand drawn graphics. FS2024

I do have Xplane, but I'm highly committed to P3D with addons so would like to get the SF260 working in that too.

July 25, 20196 yr Restarted the sim after copying the files again and SF260 is working fine now. No idea why it didn't work last time. Regards,
