October 28, 20196 yr I don't see it ever in these forums, but one thing the team mentioned, about a feature to display visual aids to help get into new planes and learn how to fly them, that could be a big deal IMO. Because in XP it can really take some time to re-learn how to fly a particular plane if you haven't flown it in months or years. So these aids, however it turns out could be real useful to jump in and just fly; I think its an excellent idea. Greazer. http://youtube.com/c/Greazer

Actually it’s one of the reasons why I haven‘t gone back to XP after a year of abstinence. i9-11900K, RTX 4090, 32 GB ram, Honeycomb Alpha and Bravo, TCA Airbus sidestick and quadrant, Reverb G2
October 28, 20196 yr I’ll also add tool tips and the old ils visual flight path that help people learn to tune the ils. It would be real good if there was also a "cheat sheet" 2d panel with the important info such as: V / Rotate speed(s), flap speeds, calculated landing speed, etc... And of course there should be an option to turn off all aids. Edited October 29, 20196 yr by Greazer http://youtube.com/c/Greazer
October 29, 20196 yr DCS has this system well implemented. I don't remember exactly how the old Machado tutorials handled it but I do remember them blinking the gauges they wanted you to pay attention to. 5800X3D. 32 GB RAM. 1TB SATA SSD. 3TB HDD. RX 9070XT.
October 29, 20196 yr Maybe this isn't related, but in a lot of the videos of Asobo guys testing the sim, I've been excited to see 2D panels in exterior views. Personally I like to fly low and slow in external views. FSX's default 2D panels became hideous as the sim aged and I don't recall A2A putting a lot of effort into them.
