March 21, 20206 yr Commercial Member Okay, so I can reproduce your issue after I did some testing. As I suspected, the problem is having TILLER selected on page 10/10 of the PMDG Simulation Options. It needs to be set to RUDDER --then it'll be smooth. Otherwise it seems UGCX and the NGXU start fighting over the nosewheel. In the next major UGCX update, not the upcoming one, we plan to add an option to pushback planes using a different system. We need that system for the Majestic Dash 8 anyway since it uses a completely different air-file system. Edited March 21, 20206 yr by byork B. March 21, 20206 yr Good troubleshooting, Brian! I was ready to uninstall UGCX as I'm primarily flying the NGXu. I found the jerky motion unacceptable and was confused with recent comments stating the issue was resolved. By changing the nosewheel steering to RUDDER, I now have a buttery smooth pushback! March 21, 20206 yr Commercial Member Wow this is new for me too!, I didn't know about that TILLER/rudder option in PMDG!, yes ...UGCX uses the rudder to move the nose wheel, so that may explain ALL the issues we have....@Bryan: we must document or have it written somewhere for help future users having this issue! March 21, 20206 yr When switching to rudder the pushback is much better, although I still have some jerks on the turns but its acceptable for now. Hope it will get fixed soon. Thanks for your efforts Almog Atar
March 21, 20206 yr Bryan, if i`m using FSUIPC to map directly to P3d, Will it also contribute to this bug, because i do not use the P3d control assignments panel at all?
