Can't see any reason why it wouldn't still work from before HF2. Try it out!

I never tried installing it in P3Dv5HF1.

Did you?

Not the PA31, but many other Carenado and Alabeo aircraft.

I've been flying it since day v5 launched. No problem. Both the Navajo and Chieftain.

Do you happen to know if Alabeo has approved it for P3Dv5 HF 1 / HF2.

Just like PMDG, I do not use them until I get the developers approval / tested ok in the new sim and they can be contacted if problems come up.

In fact, for example, my VRS F/A -18E will not even run in a non-supported SIM version.

PMDG and the VRS Hornet are completely different animals though, very complex addons unlike the near basic Carendo and Alabeo aircraft mentioned above.

My Alabeo planes work just fine.. I would just install it and test.. 🙂

Bert, do you have the Aztec or Shrike? The Navajo and Chieftain are fine but I have the transparent VC issue with the other two. And to my knowledge the latest installers were used.

Thanks,

Greg

Hi Greg, yes also flying the Shrike in v5 HF2, no problems.

Regards

Just to follow up on my problem: my bad. I'd been skipping past the selection of 'P3DV4' and then browsing to V5 during the installation process, so the FSX version was being installed. All is well now.
