Guess what? A little searching on the Avsim forums yielded this gem: >Where is all those extras to justify 54 bucks??>>in century of flight - celebrations or whatever it is!>to be honest I do not see it! perhaps you all are getting far to >easy with presentations - and became an easy catch.>many features of century of flight are already available for fs2002 >with addition of addons freeware and payware ->>sorry it takes a bit more to convince me that 'century of flight' is >not a fs2002 patch - enhancement - neitherless of a good sim as is >fs2002.Wow, and now the same thing with FSX. History repeats itself. The trolls here seem to think they're super smart to say some of the witty things they say, but it's all been done before. Call me a cheerleader if you want, but if you ever saw me dressed as one you would immediately retract the statement I'm sure! That's an awesome article! what help is a post like this to anything at all?Randy Jura, KPDX

Why do I even bother reading this crap? Time for another session with Jack down on the rocks.Doug

Then why, Staffan, did you tweak FS9 if you're so concerned with how FSX functions out-of-the box. Based on your question I can only assume you're still running stock FS9. Am I right? :)FS8 ran a lot better than FS9 when FS9 was released. a really excited user was over reacting on my part. I forgot how it can be thought of as a insult. Still there are problems with FSX that needs to be addressed. If you want to wait till FS11 comes along and all it really turns out to be is a patched FSX then so be it.I have posted what I thought should be looked into. As for me I will try to keep it honest fair and without I hope petty back and forth. I do own almost every flight Sim made. :-)

You see, this release has driven people to drink. Thats not good.
