Sim-wings Munich released

Recommended Posts

Having T2G EDDM and no idea or lifesign from the developers when or even if an V5 Upgrade will be avail in short therm on the one hand. The realistic view that i will stuck with P3D V5 at least for some more months unless "others" have really proved they are revolutionary, and the chance that AS is willing to provide upgrades for the "Other" for P3D existing scenery, what can be wrong to continue in buying sceneries for P3D if they are worth to be used?!?

Even from a perspective to honor the dedication of the developers it can be usefull, because we have seen enough passing out of the scene, even when they made great stuff.

Arround 30 EUR is anyway a high level of pricing in my opinion, but also just only 30 EUR, come on. The last days and weeks i even got updates for my favourite airports. Some i got without a fee and some i payed 5 EUR on top. So what?! It´s our beloved hobby where we spent much of our most expensive lifetime for to find our passion. Money doesn´t matter at all.

Well I'm happy with my T2G EDDM and flatten and sode GSX jetways, works fine, so I see not a reason to go for this one?

It's indeed a port from Xplane Mister X his work (great stuff) they converted all the 3d buildings and the rest is new what i understood?

Me too.  Since I am finding 4.5 more reliable for me than V5, I enjoy using EDDM by T2G.

Bumping this.

I've noticed T2G are having a sale and on the fence on whether to get it or the sim-wings version.

I have to admit T2G textures look better in YT videos however their version has no PBR plus I plan to move to v5 in the future and they have no dedicated installer for it (although I don't mind adding it manually and then adding ini builds compatibility file).

Thanks

Shom

Thanks

I have both.

Sim-Wings is very performance intensive. Taxi to gate has some issues with some streetlights, but that never bothered me (at the points the taxiways are crossing legacy roads leaving the aprons to 08L or 08Rthere some streetlights popping up above the taxiway).

You need to download the inibuilds file to handle the "default buildings" showing up to the T2G rendered ones.

But that works very good. T2G isn´t that performance intensive compared to SimWings.

Both are very nice looking products.

Hope this helps a little to decide.
