August 13, 20205 yr http://twitch.tv/GrabaGra Was just flying the Boeing 787. Now flying the Cessna Longitude. I think he’s early & the NDA ends for him at 12:01 AM PDT tonight, but oh well - cool to see! He has never played a flight sim and everyone is trying to help him out. August 13, 20205 yr Commercial Member The 787 looked good. It is fun watching him work with his viewers to get the Cessna figured out. REX AccuSeason Developer REX Simulations
August 13, 20205 yr Fascinating to see live training by the commenters to make him fly. FSX | DCS | X-Plane 11 | MSFS 2020 | IL2:BoX Favorite aircraft currently: MSFS Savage Cub

August 13, 20205 yr Commercial Member This is really entertaining. GrabaGra is not experienced at all in flying a plane and he is trying to land in Boston. It is literally as if he were on a real flight and the pilot became incapacitated and he has a twitch community working with him to land the plane. REX AccuSeason Developer REX Simulations
August 13, 20205 yr i love this, because this will happen at 8.18 How can we who know how to land a plane dislike this? We all experienced excsactly this at one point in our life but not with such a super Graphics. I introduce people to VR flying, some are as this guy, and they have alot fun! Me to ! 😅
August 14, 20205 yr It seems like the sim still has stability problems, I guess that is to be expected in a beta build... Hopefully stability improves on launch, especially with heavy server loads.
August 14, 20205 yr Just now, High_Alpha said: It seems like the sim still has stability problems, I guess that is to be expected in a beta build... Hopefully stability improves on launch, especially with heavy server loads. It really doesn't. I never had 1 CTD over the course of the alpha/beta. Streaming does add a lot of load if you are do it from the same machine. https://fsprocedures.com Your home for all flight simulator related checklist.
August 14, 20205 yr It seems there is an adjustable linear/non-linear control sensitivity option, unless they are just using a misleading visual above the sensitivity sliders... Edited August 14, 20205 yr by High_Alpha
August 14, 20205 yr In watching this video, I noticed two new sliders appearing in the Graphics menu for the release version: Frame Rate Limiter and Terrain Vector Data resolution. These options weren't in the alpha/beta releases. I agree that the 787 looks fantastic!
