Took a flight to a spot near Queenstown that I visited in 2004.  Pretty impressed with how accurate it is

Wow, this is unbelievable. MSFS can certainly deliver, it just takes time to get all the Bing images updated and processed.

Awesome...  I think we need a little better mesh resolution but that compare is one of the best I've seen so far.

Thank you, and agreed!  Loving the sim so far, but would love to see future options to switch to a higher res mesh / ortho streamed from their servers if your rig/internet can handle it.

That 2nd shot is more then just incredible. I’m seriously wondering how you  got that plane in the real photo you took.

Had a good pilot that day and it was pretty flat terrain leading into that spot where its parked. 😉
