August 22, 20205 yr Are you absolutely sure you don’t have any external software that might be trying to communicate with MSFS via simconnect? Moving map, ACARS client, LittleNavMap etc? There is a bug in simconnect in the release version of MSFS that produces exactly the symptom you are seeing - a regular stutter that occurs about every two seconds, and which is present no matter how the graphics settings are adjusted. In particular, do you have any simconnect-enabled software that you may use with FSX or P3D that might load when you start your computer and run in the background. August 23, 20205 yr I am also having a lot of problems with stuttering. I was using simconnect for FSUIPC and GSX in P3DV4.5. If I'm not running P3DV4.5, could simconnect still be running and affecting MSFS 2020? If it is, can someone please let me know what I need to do to stop it? Thanks.
