September 1, 20205 yr Photogrammetry is not meant to be viewed from this close. Even Google which has somewhat higher res data falls apart when you get this close. Airports need to be built with regular geometry. The community is already off and running working with the SDK to replace the defaults. The SDK is a little clunky, but its not that bad, and there are a lot of prebuilt models (towers, hangars, etc) that anyone can use to fix up their home field.

September 1, 20205 yr It's a bit of a pick your poison situation. Photogametry: messed up geometry when you're up close but real buildings Satellite with autogen: more consistent/sleek geometry with "guessed" buildings
