I was wondering if that's a problem on my computer or it's just awful

I've seen several airports like that. Zen desk it!

Turn off photogrammetry, take off, then turn it back again when you're above 1000ft

I have reported it to Zendesk. It's just embarassing how awful is the quality of photogrammetry ...

Photogrammetry is not meant to be viewed from this close.  Even Google which has somewhat higher res data falls apart when you get this close.

Airports need to be built with regular geometry.  The community is already off and running working with the SDK to replace the defaults.  The SDK is a little clunky, but its not that bad, and there are a lot of prebuilt models (towers, hangars, etc) that anyone can use to fix up their home field.

There 30000+ airports not every airport could be check and handcrafted. I have the same problem with my home airport, but understand it take some time to fix

It's a bit of a pick your poison situation.

Photogametry: messed up geometry when you're up close but real buildings

Satellite with autogen: more consistent/sleek geometry with "guessed" buildings

My issue has nothing to do with the airport being handcrafted or not.

If you think that's bad try KSAN 27.
